Strategic Plan

A Strategy/Workshop day was held in September 2011 which included a Facilitator.

  

After Trustees, Area Managers and Senior staff attended the workshop to work on a strategy together for the charity, the strategic goals to be achieved by 2016 were agreed as follows:  

 


People
 

v    Citizens are making a direct contribution to trustee decision making.

 

v    Citizens’ opportunities within their community have increased.

  Services  

v    Services have diversified from existing core services into more specialist services.

 

v    Citizens are enabled and supported to explore home ownership.

 Improve Quality    

v    Stakeholders (citizens, families, staff and professionals), judge Life Path as an excellent provider.

 

v    Relevant external quality standards have been achieved at the highest level.

 Communication    

v    Existing internal communication processes have been fully analysed.

 

v    Effective communication systems are in operation across the Trust.
