Gary ByeChief Executive |
Gary Bye has worked in organisations supporting people with a learning disabilities since 1983. In the year 2000 Gary came to work for Life Path Trust, transforming it from an organisation providing care homes to one that puts people with a learning disability at the centre. Life Path is now providing support to people in their own homes to help live an independent life. |

Denise MobleyHead of Social Care & Support Services |
Denise joined the organisation back in 1984 and has been involved in just about every aspect of the Charity’s work. She is the Registered Manager for our Domiciliary Care service and has overall responsibility for all the other support provision – respite, day activities and monitoring, together with recruitment and plays a small part in our events and marketing organisation. Denise says she has seen a tremendous amount of change over the years, both within the Company and in Learning Disabilities generally. She fully embraces supported living and endorses the values of Life Path Trust. |

Anne BeebyAssistant of Social Care & Support Services |
Anne joined the organisation in the late eighties and has seen many changes take place over time both within the charity and with learning disabilities in general. She is especially glad to be involved within the learning disabilities sector at the present time as this is the most exciting and productive period she has known. Anne supervises the Area Managers, coordinates training, helps secure funding and plays a part in the monitoring of our services. |

Kerry CarterArea Manager for AREA 3

Kerry has worked in Health & Social Care for 30 years and came to Life Path from managing a large charitable Domiciliary Care Agency. Kerry started her role here at Life Path Trust at the beginning of July 2010. |

Mark GibsonArea Manager for AREA 4 |
Mark has worked for the charity since 1993. He has an interest in IT and technology in general and because of this he is leading the push to install assistive technology into our services. Mark believes Assistive technology is important as it can enable the people we support to live more independent lives with less intrusion from support staff. |

Gail CooperArea Manager for AREA 1 |
Gail has worked for Life Path Trust for 14 years now. She has worked in a few of the services over the years, the Respite Service being one of them which she enjoyed the most. |

Bonnie WilsonArea Manager for AREA 2 |
Bonnie has worked in the Social Care sector for 27 years. She started as a volunteer at a large institution supporting people with learning difficulties. Bonnie then went on to do a variety of support and managemet roles within this field. Coming to Life Path in July 2006, she is presently managing 4 services as part of her Area Manager role. |

Lynn TallettArea Manager for AREA 5 |
Lynn has over 20 years experience of working in the Care sector and is a registered Nurse in learning disabilities. Before coming to Life Path in June 2009, Lynn worked and managed services in a variety of settings all over North and South Warwickshire, Coventry and Tayside Scotland. Lynn has a special interest in supporting people that have complex needs to live an independant life within the community. |

Tina TurrellService Manager for Respite Care |
Tina has worked for the charity for 10 years; most of this has been managing the respite service. Tina and her team are currently working toward developing the respite care especially the domiciliary respite service. Prior to working for the organisation Tina worked in the South Warwickshire area for 8 years initially based in a large institute and then supported resettlement into community homes in Stratford upon Avon. Tina is also involved in staff training and delivers training for the Coventry Training Consortium.

Elaine SkillernPerson Centred Planning Coordinator |
Elaine has worked for the charity for over 10 years. She has seen Life Path Trust move from providing residential care to providing domiciliary support to people with learning difficulties. Due to this change, Elaine's job has also developed from a Senior Care Assistant to PCP Coordinator. Dawn WhiteDay Activities Coordinator |
Dawn came to Life Path Trust in 1996 and has had numerous roles, including Senior Care Assistant, Head of Homes and Manager of Personal Care. Since November 2006, Dawn took on the Day Activities Coordinator role where she supports 22 service users to learn new skills in the community.
