It has been very busy in Life Path Trust since the start of the New Year. Firstly, several people moved house at the end of January. Seven people moved to brand new flats built by Orbit Housing Association and three other people moved house. Everyone is enjoying their new home. People who are living in the flats have said that Orbit is a good landlord as they get repairs done quickly – There have been a few small things to fix the same as anyone gets with a new building. They are also enjoying have a flat which they share with one other person rather than being in a shared house.

Life Path was also invited to exhibit at the launch of ‘Valuing People Now’. It was an honour to be one of a small number of organisations displaying their work at this key event. We support ‘Valuing People Now’ and look forward to working with everyone to put it into practice, so that lives of people with a learning disability are improved.
